ASSISTANT MANAGERS
- ICT Systems Analyst
- Senior Sous Chef
- Chief Steward
- Senior Handyman
At least 8 years experience of plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall repairs and remodeling
Preferably has computer skills and understands drawings
- Senior Electrician (Type 1)
At least 5 – 8 years experience of troubleshooting panels, breakers, transformers and RMU
ELV systems, Fire alarm system, Access control systems
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing appliances
Has computer skills and understands drawings
Diploma or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering
- Senior Electrician (Type 2)
At least 3 years experience as a mechanic or technician
Experience handling, troubleshooting sensors, understand control wiring and integration of BMS
Experience in troubleshooting control systems
Has computer skills and understands drawings
Diploma or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering
- Senior Mechanic (Type 1)
At least 5 – 8 years experience servicing, troubleshooting diesel generators (overhauling experience is preferred)
Experience in disassembling and assembling heavy pumps, blowers and boilers
Has computer skills and understands drawings
Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- Senior Mechanic (Type 2)
At least 5 – 8 years experience servicing petrol engines and vehicle service
Has computer skills and understands drawings
Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- Senior Mechanic (Type 3)
At least 5 – 8 years experience troubleshooting and repair HVAC systems on routine and emergency basis
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing refrigeration equipment
Has computer skills and understands drawings
Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering

- Business Analyst

Experience of disassembling and assembling mechanical components
Experience in cleaning of strainers/ heat exchangers, changing filters
Preferably has computer skills and understands drawings
Have basic plumbing skills
Diploma or higher qualification in a basic engineering course
- Executive, Operator (Type 2)
At least 3 years experience as a electrician or technician
Hands on experience troubleshooting and repairing appliances
Preferably has basic computer skills and understands drawings
Experience in 3 phase systems and basic wiring skills
Diploma or higher qualification in a basic engineering course

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a valid Certificate / Diploma / Degree / Postgraduate or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- Willing to work shifts (where applicable)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written in English
- Health care experience preferred
- Ready to commit in hospital setting
- Able to prioritize and work under pressure
- Skillful in computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office (where applicable)
- Innovative, resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and challenging environment.
